Dwy sgwrs: Bwrw golwg dros hanes cystadleuaeth y gadair yn Eisteddfodau Cenedlaethol yr Urdd4/10/2019   Diolch i PYST a BBC Radio Cymru am wneud trac o'r Unnos Gwerin, 'Mynwent Eglwys' yn Drac yr Wythnos. Mae 'Mynwent Eglwys' yn gân werin unigryw ac iasol, ac mae dehongliad lleisiol Sian James a Casi Wyn ohoni'n hudolus. Roedd hi'n fraint arbennig cyfansoddi trydydd pennill at y ddwy wreiddiol. Gobeithio y gwnewch chi fwynhau ei chlywed hi ar y tonfeddi.
Thanks to PYST and Radio Cymru for making one of the Unnos Gwerin tracks their Track of the Week for this week. 'Mynwent Eglwys' is an unique and hauting folk song, and Sian James and Casi Wyn's vocal interpretation makes it even more so. The first two verses are traditional, and I composed the third during our session at the National Library over the weekend. I hope you enjoy it. |
